Health and Wellness Event with LA Fitness

Hey friends! Sorry it's been a while since our last post, as you may know, we've been busy! 
Thank you to everyone that participated and attended the Health and Wellness Event at LA Fitness on May 29th. 
This event featured a variety of local vendors and a portion of our event proceeds went to benefit The FAD. If you haven't yet, please check out some of the great things their getting involved in to help local youth.



I'd also like to announce that LA Fitness-Kenwood has requested that we provide an entire Healthy Summer Series! This means we will host events in June, July and August! Be on the lookout via Facebook, Eventbrite, and Twitter for event details. Our next event will be Jump Into Fitness scheduled June 26th.
